An Agent is:

· an individual 21 years of age and older and must have a working phone number and a valid email address

· a business and must have a working phone number and a valid email address

o Individuals can become an Agent account holder. We recommend individual who wish to establish a long term relationship as an Agent account holder become incorporated with a tax ID number.

o Individuals do not need to have and or do not need to be incorporated with a tax ID number to create an Agent account. It’s very simple; if you have a corporation then you will be doing promotional business as an Agent.

o No matter whether you are an individual and or a business, your personal preferences as an individual and or a business shall have no bearing on your account

An Agent Account is the primary vendor for store accounts. The Agent account comes with a mandatory secondary Loyalty site with a back end access.

· Your Loyalty back end access allows the Agent account holder the benefit of tracking every store account created under the Agent profile.

· Your Loyalty back end access will allow the Agent account holder to enable and or to disable each account that is created.

· Your Loyalty back end access will allow the Agent account holder to real time transactions accounting for credits in and out of the account.

· Your Loyalty back end access will allow all store created accounts to communicate directly with you. This is extremely important because each individual store relationship that you are vending credit to, you will be their first responder to answer their questions and or to provide necessary refunds.

A Store Account can only be registered by an Agent and or a Distributor. It is recommended that Store Accounts be registered by an Agent and not by a Distributor though Distributors can register store accounts.

An Agent is authorized to vend credits to the store. The primary responsibility for the Agent is to vend credits to the store. It is not recommended that Agents register players under an Agents account to prevent conflict of interest with players. Agents and Agent accounts shall have absolutely no associations with a player and or a player’s account.

It is not recommended that Agents register players under an Agents account; generally an Agent will direct all players to a store account holder. The store will register player under the store account. An Agent registering a player under an Agents account can cause a conflict of interest.

Yes, a store account can only be registered under an Agents account.

No Agent and store accounts are not registered as players and cannot log in like a player.
